Wyoming Prenuptial Agreement

This Prenuptial Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between __________ ("Party One") and __________ ("Party Two") on this day of __________, 20___. Both parties, by entering into this Agreement, intend to regulate the ownership and management of their present and future assets, liabilities, and other financial matters pursuant to the laws of the State of Wyoming.

Recitals

WHEREAS, Party One and Party Two (collectively referred to as "the Parties") intend to marry, under the laws of the State of Wyoming;

WHEREAS, the Parties each desire to establish their respective rights and responsibilities regarding each other’s assets and liabilities, both before and during the marriage;

Agreement

  1. Disclosure of Assets and Liabilities. Each Party hereby affirms that they have fully disclosed to the other Party their current assets and liabilities. Attached are detailed schedules of each Party's disclosed financials, marked as Exhibit A (Party One) and Exhibit B (Party Two).
  2. Property Ownership. The Parties agree that any property acquired by either individually prior to the marriage shall remain the sole and separate property of that Party, subject to the exceptions and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
  3. Management of Property. Each Party retains the right to manage, control, sell, or dispose of their separate property without the consent or intervention of the other Party, within the limits prescribed by law and this Agreement.
  4. Division of Property Upon Separation, Divorce, or Death. The Parties agree to the division of property upon separation, divorce, or death as outlined in this Agreement and within the bounds of Wyoming law. This includes any marital property acquired during the marriage.
  5. Debts. The Parties each agree to be solely responsible for the debts incurred by them prior to the marriage and that any debts incurred together after the marriage shall be shared as mutually agreed upon.
  6. Amendment and Revocation. This Agreement may only be amended or revoked by a written document signed by both Parties.
  7. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
