By this notice, you are hereby informed to vacate the rental property listed above by the termination date mentioned. Failure to comply with this Notice to Quit may lead to legal proceedings for eviction under the laws of the State of Wyoming.
If this notice is due to Non-Payment of Rent, you may have the option to cure the deficiency by paying the outstanding rent in full within three (3) days after receiving this notice.
If this notice is due to a Violation of Lease Terms / Rental Agreement, you are required to remedy the violation within three (3) days or vacate the property by the lease termination date.
For notices given without cause, please be advised that Wyoming law requires a minimum notice period as follows:
- Week-to-Week Tenancy: Seven (7) days before the next rent payment is due.
- Month-to-Month Tenancy: One (1) month before the lease ends.
