The purpose of this document is to serve as a formal Letter of Intent to homeschool, in compliance with the requirements of the Wyoming Compulsory Attendance Law (W.S. 21-4-102). By completing and submitting this letter, the undersigned parent or guardian intends to provide a homeschool education to their child(ren) listed herein for the upcoming school year.

By signing below, I/we declare our intent to homeschool our child(ren) as named above and assert that the home-based educational program will comply with all Wyoming homeschooling laws and regulations. We understand our responsibilities to provide a thorough and efficient education as defined by Wyoming law, which includes a sequentially progressive curriculum of fundamental instruction in reading, writing, mathematics, civics, history, literature, and science.

We will notify the local school district of any changes in our homeschooling status as required by law or if we no longer intend to homeschool our child(ren).
